The spindle of the table adopts a short spindle structure.
The gantry consists of left and right columns and coupling beams. In the upper part of the gantry, there are left and right lifting boxes, which are driven by an AC servo motor.
The beam is made of high-strength and low-stress cast iron with sufficient rigidity and strength to ensure the accuracy of the machine.
The tool post is consist of left and right tool holders, which are respectively composed of a beam sliding seat, a ram, a reduction gear box and a balance cylinder assembly.
Platform on crossbeam, Block at the end of screw is used to adjust manually.
The suspension height of the worktable can be adjusted to 0.06~0.2mm by adjusting the variable pump. The hydraulic station is equipped with blockage, flow and pressure protection, and will automatically stop if it cannot reach the using requirement.
