Sawdust is a ideal raw material to make pellets, because the preparation of raw material is simple, the final wood pellets is best biomass fuel pellets.
The 2t/h sawdust pellet production line is good choice for pellet factory investor, cause the invest is low, output is high, operate is easy, installation area is relative small.
Use sawdust produce pellets the flowchart is quite easy, if the sawdust moisture is more than 15% need a dryer before pellet machine, if moisture is <15% can start from pellet machine directly. For beginners only one pellet machine can start making pellets.
The pellet cooler and pellet packing machine is optional according to the actual situation.
