Titanium Subsea Pressure Housings

Construction Materials
The titanium housings are main machining by Titanium Grade2 & Grade5 Solid Bars.
Grade 5(Ti-6Al-4V)
Tensile Strength: 895Mpa Minimum
Yield Strength: 825Mpa Minimum
Generally used for 6000m depth and more.
Grade2 (Commercial Pure Titanium)
Tensile Strength: 400Mpa Minimum
Yield Strength: 275Mpa Minimum
Generally used for 3000m ~ 6000m.
Construction Data:
- Outer Diameter: 40mm ~ 500mm
- Inner Diameter: 30mm ~ 420mm
- Length: 2000mm

Titanium has excellent corrosion resistance in harsh environment, especially in sea water has long service life.
